BreathScape is a local-first application. No proprietary account registration is required to use the core features. Your data syncs securely via your own iCloud account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, plans, and other content you create in the application. We will not use your content without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for the content you create, ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Data Sync and Storage

We use iCloud for data synchronization to ensure consistency of your data across devices. Data storage follows Apple's privacy and security standards.

• Data is only synchronized between your device and iCloud account
• We do not access or store your personal data on our servers
• You can delete the application at any time to clear local data
